You might want to understand which carrier has been taken care of which command, with the name, addresses and email of the customer. You will be able to produce statistics around the carriers, the status of each command and where exactly this has been delivered – and for which amount. You will be able to filter the orders/sales based on their status (cancelled payment/ successful payment…).
What you will exactly get
Start by looking at the product discovery page to understand who this works.
You’ll get a few line to copy-paste in your browser enabling you to extract the data from your Prestashop boutique without having to install any plugin, just by using the SQL Manager feature. This means that even if you’re not a technical person, you’ll be able to get access to the data stored in your Prestashop e-commerce website. How cool, no?
You will be able to extract the following the information from your database for each order/sales:
- The ID of the sales (ID ORDER)
- The invoice number
- The invoice date
- The date of the latest modification of the order/sales
- The name of the customer who made the purchase
- The email of the customer
- The address associated to the invoice
- The address of the delivery
- The ID of the carrier
- The name of the carrier
- The current status of the order
- The real total paid amount
- The currency associated
